How business coaching works

A business coach's first objective is to develop a relationship and understand your needs.  Needs may be of a wide range including; declining sales, lack of adequate business information, personnel issues or financing and cash flow problems.

After a relationship and understanding of your needs is documented, a prioritization is established.  A Business Coach will help clarify and "compartmentalize" your needs so that each area can be managed effectively.

Once identified, each area will have a separate plan of action.  As actions are taken, the business coach will help you monitor accomplishments and be available to keep things "in check".

You need a Business Coach, a business mentor to hold you accountable, to demand results and sometimes to push or catapult you and congratulate you on your accomplishments.  Being an owner can be a lonely job and having a sounding board, business mentor and friend to talk to and provide expert coaching by helping solve your problems and turn them into successes.  Creating successes often times can be more rewarding than the additional profits gained by utilizing a Business Coach.

You need a Business Coach who can see clearly and who is not blinded by too many years in your industry.  Often the simplest issues can get in the way of great progress.

Coaching is provided in onsite sessions, scheduled phone "check-ups" and email communication.  A personalized project plan is monitored and shared in a web based application that participants are working through in a visual format.

Fees range from $500 to $2500 per month depending on the complexity of the requirements.
